We got mud, poor people and no resources whatsoever! Fear us! Our most valuable capital good is the credit we have extended our own customers! Quake ye heathen! And just to hamstring us further, we have Communists leading the show!

Other Notes
I am very happy to have this blog reflected in other places. At times I have even been proud of this. Wow, how oddly influential and widespread these musings of mine can be. And then I am reminded of what the internet really is, as I was this morning when I found my previous post reflected on a site dedicated to auto care stores in El Paso. Sigh.
We will have the promised Ballyhoo piece posted in the blog fairly soon!
(Hil-Gle means 'we' in the purely fictional sense that a person writing using an object as a personal noun normally means it: as a way of avoiding personal accountability.)
