In 1956 Martin Goodman’s Magazine Management Company (the parent of Marvel Comics) released a magazine entitled Breezy, which at least in name seems very similar to Breezy Stories. The history I have on Goodman indicates he also produced a magazine called Snappy.
Goodman himself was a somewhat infamous pulp publisher, one of the purveyors of the Torture Porn trend. He was probably aware that the title had gone fallow and in true pulp form, snatched it. From what I can see this magazine, released under the cartoon smut line Humorama had absolutely nothing to do with the original. It did, however, have a fairly long run, from 1956 to 1972. As for the contents, it seems to be strictly gag cartoons and pictures—clearly another one of Goodman’s skin rags.
Several issues are reported to feature Betty Page, which I suppose is a saving grace. It should be noted however, that any given photo of Miss Pages is likely to have made the rounds of several skin magazines. She was very reprinted.
All in all, pretty typical of Goodman.
